Hey there, we’re the Balzers. We moved our family to the country in 2015 and fell in love with the Kansas sunsets, the peace of the prairie and the wide open spaces.

We want to share sunrise ranch with you for whatever reason may bring you to want to retreat away to the countryside, take some time to breathE, slow down and enjoy the beauty God created right here in the heart of THE U.S.

We hope you enjoy the “cowboy” touches, inspired by our two boys who have fallen in love with all things that have to do with cattle, ranching, rodeo and cowboys.

We own a wedding venue, The Barn at Grace Hill, just 3 minutes away. The Barn is known for its sunsets, so it’s fitting that this house will be known for its sunrises.
